Peacefully scented with frankincense, these traditional incense ropes are hand-rolled with colorful lokra paper by the women of Nepal. Incense is meant to purify, heal, calm, and ground your inner and outer space, allowing you to be more aware of your breath and inviting positive energy into your space, mentally and physically. How to use: Light the tip of the rope for about 15 seconds before blowing out the flame. After blowing out the flame, the tip should glow red and produce visible smoke.
